Superstar Allu Arjun’s Surya The Soldier to air on Zee Cinema on 22^nd  September at 11am

Surya The Soldier (Naa Peru Surya in Telugu), focuses on the journey of the protagonist Surya, who, in order to achieve his dreams and goals, must first overcome his biggest ordeal - his temperamental demeanour. Directed by debutant Vakkantham Vamsi, the movie stars the fresh pairing of Allu Arjun and Anu Emmanuel along with Arjun Sarja, R. Sarathkumar, Thakur Anoop Singh and Boman Irani in supporting roles. With some jaw-dropping dance moves, and rib-tickling comedy, the film delivers a warm, clap-worthy message in the end. The movie defines that character and attitude is a must to achieve your dreams and to stand out in life. Saluting the jazba of such people, Zee Cinema with its proposition ‘Jazba Hai Jeene Mein, Jab Cinema Hai Seene Mein’ will telecast the high voltage action entertainer Surya The Soldier on Sunday, 22^nd September at 11am.

               

The movie revolves around a young army officer Surya, and his journey towards self-discovery to serve his country and his people. His biggest enemy that often acts as a hurdle between him and his goals, is his anger. Although, the military life makes him an able citizen of the country, it fails to teach him anger management. He is rusticated from the army upon gunning down a terrorist without orders. But his godfather (Rao Ramesh) is ready to give him a chance provided he gets a certification from renowned psychologist Dr. Ramakrishna Raju (Arjun), who in a twisted co-incidence happens to be Surya’s estranged father.

How will Surya overcome his anger? Will he make peace with his estranged father?
