The Spot Features Beats’ Latest Innovation, Powerbeats Fit, and an Unreleased Travis Scott Track Inspired by a 2011 Tweet from Travis, the Campaign was Created in Collaboration with gamma's Larry Jackson and Acclaimed Director Anthony Mandler National, 21st December 2025— Beats and global icon Travis Scott have come together for a powerful new campaign, DARE TO DREAM, that celebrates the vision, self-belief, and persistence that define creative greatness. The campaign spotlights Beats’ newest product, Powerbeats Fit — Travis’s favourite Beats product to date. The short film draws inspiration from a tweet Travis posted on March 5, 2011, which has become a viral symbol of his journey every year since: “ONE DAY TRAVIS SCOTT WILL BE SOMEBODY.” Almost fifteen years later, that declaration comes full circle. The film reimagines the tweet as a cinematic reflection on destiny and determination — a testament to how belief in oneself can manifest into reality. To ground the story in truth, Beats recreated Travis Scott’s actual childhood bedroom — the same space where his earliest creative dreams began. The film also features a special appearance by Travis’s real mother, Wanda Webster, adding a heartfelt layer of authenticity. Viewers see a young Travis crafting beats on his Apple iMac, wearing the original Beats Studio headphones — the same model he loved growing up. As he loses himself in the music, the scene transforms into a vivid dream of sold-out shows and roaring crowds from his “Circus Maximus” tour. Moments later, his mother’s voice calls him back to reality to tell him it’s time to go to school. On his way out, he finds a pair of Powerbeats Fit in his pocket — a seamless bridge between past and future. He puts them on, presses play, and a new unreleased track plays. Travis’s partnership with Beats traces back to 2015, when he appeared in the Beats x UNDFTD collaboration. Shortly after, he was featured in Beats’ Got No Strings global campaign for BeatsX. Nearly a decade later, the bond between artist and brand continues to thrive. The new film was created in collaboration with Larry Jackson, founder of gamma., and acclaimed director Anthony Mandler — both longtime creative partners of Travis Scott. Larry’s relationship with Beats dates back to the very beginning, having worked closely with Beats co-founder Jimmy Iovine, a longtime friend and mentor. That early connection helped shape the creative foundation between Beats, Larry, and the artists they’ve championed for over a decade — making this collaboration with Travis a true full-circle moment. To bring the story’s younger version of Travis to life, the team used advanced digital de-aging VFX, opting for authenticity over casting a double. With Powerbeats Fit, Beats introduces its next generation of performance earbuds — designed for artists, athletes, and creators who push boundaries. The product embodies the same drive and focus that fuel Travis’s creative journey. “This film isn’t just about where I came from — it’s about the vision I had before anyone else could see it,” said Travis Scott. “Beats has been a part of that story since the beginning.” “Beats has always been powered by bold imagination — from Jimmy Iovine handing me the first Studio prototype in 2007 to the iconic campaigns that defined a generation. Returning now to help shape the brand’s next chapter with Dare to Dream feels like coming full circle,” said Larry Jackson, founder of gamma. “This new campaign celebrates the self-belief that turns ambition into reality, embodied perfectly by Travis Scott, who once tweeted he’d ‘be somebody’ and manifested it into one of the biggest careers on the planet. That’s what happens when you dare to dream, and we hope it inspires the next generation to do the same.” “This campaign captures something deeply personal — the belief that greatness starts with a single idea and the courage to chase it,” said Chris Thorne, Beats CMO. “It’s the same belief that connects Beats and Travis — and this is only the beginning of what we’ll build together.”
