Sunidhi Chauhan’s ‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’ completes the musical journey of Drishyam The Conclusion as the full album drops

Sunidhi Chauhan’s ‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’ completes the musical journey of Drishyam The Conclusion as the full album drops ~ The complete soundtrack brings together distinct musical worlds from Ravi Basrur, Rochak Kohli and KARMA, with voices including Lucky Ali, Siddharth Basrur and Sunidhi Chauhan ~ National, 1st October 2026: Some stories refuse to stay buried and some secrets come at a price. As Drishyam The Conclusion gets ready for its theatrical release on 2nd October, the film’s complete soundtrack is now out, bringing together different emotions and tensions that have shaped Vijay Salgaonkar’s journey, played by Ajay Devgn. From the dark intensity of revenge to the warmth of family and the pressure of everything closing in, the album moves through different sides of Salgaonkar’s world. The album arrives with its final piece, ‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’, sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, a sweeping music retelling of the events of Drishyam and Drishyam 2 that brings the story so far into focus before the final chapter unfolds. At the heart of, ‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’ is the story that brought the Salgaonkar’s to The Conclusion. The track revisits the fear, choices, consequences and sacrifices that have defined their journey across the first two films. Sunidhi Chauhan’s powerful vocals give the song the scale and emotion needed to look back at a story that has stayed with audiences for years, while setting the emotional stage for what lies ahead in Drishyam The Conclusion. The soundtrack has already explored different sides of Vijay Salgaonkar’s world. ‘Vingansa’, composed by Ravi Basrur, written by Aamil Keeyan Khan and sung by Siddharth Basrur, brought a sense of danger and revenge to the forefront. ‘Muskura Do’, composed by Rochak Kohli, written by Manoj Muntashir and sung by Lucky Ali, took a more intimate turn towards Vijay Salgaonkar’s family and the warmth at the heart of everything he does. KARMA’s ‘Game Over’, produced by KARMA and AK4EAL, brought a darker, harder rap energy to the soundtrack, reflecting the growing pressure around Vijay. Talking about the music album of the film, Ajay Devgn shares, "The music of Drishyam has always been a character in itself. It brings out the emotions and connects audiences more deeply with the story. It remains an important part of the franchise." Director Abhishek Pathak said,“We wanted the album to reflect the film rather than make every song sound the same. Vijay’s story has gone through so many emotions over the years; fear, family, hope, pressure, revenge and the music had to reflect that. Each composer brought a different sensibility to the film, which is what makes the album interesting. ‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’ was particularly important because it looks back at everything that has happened so far and gives the audience a musical recap before they step into the final chapter.” And with ‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’, carrying the memory of the franchise with it, Sunidhi Chauhan shares, “‘Daastaan: The Drishyam Recap’ was special because the song carries so much of the story with it. You are not singing about just one moment; you are looking back at everything Vijay and his family have gone through. While recording it, I wanted the voice to feel like it was taking you through those memories rather than simply singing a song. There is a lot of drama in the story, but there is also a very strong emotional core, and I tried to hold on to that while singing it.”

Happiest Health’s October issue: diet, exercise, sleep, good for Gut health The Digestive Health special examines poopmaxxing, probiotics and supplements, while the wider issue covers AI-driven skin anxiety among teenagers, unregulated hair-transplant clinics and age-related hearing loss BENGALURU, September 30, 2026: Digestive health has moved from the doctor’s clinic to the centre of popular culture. People are logging their bowel movements, stocking up on probiotics and fibre gummies and asking what weight-loss injections are doing to their stomachs. Everyone has a theory, and very few have the evidence. The October 2026 issue of Happiest Health (Vol. 4, Issue 04, ₹200) is a Digestive Health special built for this moment. It separates the science from the noise, in the magazine's signature spirit of “Better Knowledge. Better Health.” The cover story goes where few magazines will. “Making No. 2 Your No. 1 Priority” explores “poopmaxxing”, the trend of treating stool as a daily health metric. Its best-known champion, Dr Sean O’Mara, a retired US Army colonel and former ER doctor who has gained a following inside the Trump administration, tells the magazine: “I actually think if you tracked your stool, you'd do a better job being healthy than if you tracked your cholesterol or lipids.” The story weighs his claims against the views of clinicians and the experience of everyday trackers, including those who found that “being informed” can turn into anxiety. The issue also asks what the weight-loss revolution means for digestion. “GLP-1's Gut Problem” examines the side effects that rarely make the headlines, and the science that is still missing to explain them. And it brings in one of the field’s founding voices. Dr Emeran Mayer, a pioneer of gut-brain research, argues in an exclusive interview that diet, sleep and stress management outperform probiotics and medication most of the time. “My worry is that gut-health enthusiasm often boils down to ‘take this capsule’ instead of addressing diet, stress, sleep and exercise together,” he says. Together with features on how antibiotics affect your gut, digestive health supplements, gut myths and a symptom guide, the issue offers readers a clear-eyed view of the gut, free of fads.

JioHotstar & MTV are in sync to stream Roadies REBIRTH but are the Gang Leaders off-sync? Check out the new promo! ~ OG confidence meets NewG attitude as Roadies REBIRTH brings a never-seen-before Gang Leader dynamic to the ultimate game of grit, strategy and survival ~ Mumbai, 1st October 2026: The road is calling once again, but this time, Roadies is changing the rules of the game! Entering its 21st season, JioHotstar and MTV are all set to stream India’s biggest adventure reality show with a bold new format, six Gang Leaders, two teams and enough tashan to keep everyone on their toes. The new season premieres on 16th October, with a change in the telecast days, now airing every Friday and Saturday at 7 PM on JioHotstar and MTV. Building on its legacy, Roadies REBIRTH introduces a never-seen-before leadership dynamic, bringing six Gang Leaders together under two teams. The OGs - Nikhil Chinapa, Neha Dhupia and Prince Narula go head-to-head with the NewGs - Abhishek Malhan, Bani J and Baseer Ali, setting up a season packed with contrasting personalities, strategies and plenty of drama. And if the latest promo is anything to go by, this tashan is already turning into a full-blown kalesh fest! In a recent drop on the ‘gram, Rannvijay Singha gets a sneak peek into how the Gang Leaders are preparing for the ultimate Roadies journey. On a video call, he catches the OGs - Neha, Nikhil and Prince are sweating it out at the gym, gearing up for what lies ahead. But when a bench-press attempt doesn’t quite go according to plan, the OGs prove that even years of experience can’t save you from a good old Roadies fail! Link - https://www.instagram.com/p/Dd8iYRzksbY/?hl=en Over on the NewGs side, Bani and Baseer take on a push-up challenge, with Abhishek joining the action only for their own fitness face-off to end in an equally hilarious fail. If the prep is already this chaotic, the actual journey promises to be anything but predictable. But it’s the Prince-Neha equation that steals the spotlight. Their dynamic is giving full Tom & Jerry energy, with Prince’s attempts to help Neha seemingly creating more chaos than solutions. Neha, meanwhile, doesn’t hold back as she takes a cheeky dig at Prince’s GK skills, proving that the battle between the OGs is as entertaining as the one outside their gang. And the NewGs aren’t exactly operating like a well-oiled machine either. Bani, Baseer and Abhishek’s hilariously off-sync chemistry adds another layer of unpredictability, as the new generation of leaders find their own rhythm or struggle to find one! As the OGs bring years of Roadies experience and confidence, the NewGs bring a fresh attitude and unpredictable energy, setting the stage for a season packed with drama, surprises, alliances, rivalries and unexpected power shifts.

*Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Pathak’s Drishyam The Conclusion Turns a Family Suspense Thriller Into a Box-Office Event* *Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Pathak’s Drishyam The Conclusion Turns a Family Suspense Thriller Into a Box-Office Event* *The Drishyam Phenomenon: How Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Pathak’s The Conclusion Became a Theatrical Event* *From Fan Theories to Box-Office Buzz: Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Pathak’s Drishyam The Conclusion Makes Its Mark* A thriller is supposed to keep you guessing. Drishyam has done something harder: it has made audiences emotionally invest in the guessing game. As Drishyam The Conclusion hit theatres today, the numbers around the franchise are telling their own story. Advance bookings crossed the ₹18 crore gross mark early on, while national chains alone recorded more than 1.25 lakh tickets by Wednesday morning. Trade tracking has the film heading towards one of the biggest openings for a Hindi film this year. For a family suspense thriller, those numbers are significant because Drishyam has never been sold as a spectacle film. There are no superheroes, elaborate action set-pieces or fantasy worlds. Its hook has always been a middle-class family, one terrible secret and a man who will go to extraordinary lengths to protect his own. Somewhere along the way, Vijay Salgaonkar stopped being just a character and became a conversation. The first Drishyam introduced audiences to Vijay’s ability to construct an almost impossible alibi. Drishyam 2 took that fascination further, turning his elaborate cover-up into one of the central theatrical talking points. By the time the third film arrived, the audience was no longer merely watching Vijay’s story; it was trying to solve it alongside him. That is the unusual legacy of the franchise. Fans have spent years dissecting scenes, dates, dialogues and details, creating theories about what Vijay could have done next. The filmmakers themselves have acknowledged how deeply audiences have engaged with the narrative. Abhishek Pathak has spoken about reading fan theories while developing the new screenplay and deliberately staying away from ideas that audiences had already anticipated. The third chapter therefore arrived with a peculiar challenge: how do you surprise an audience that has already spent years trying to stay one step ahead? Pathak’s answer has been to create an entirely new Hindi story rather than follow the Malayalam Drishyam 3. The film introduces a fresh conflict around Vijay, with Jaideep Ahlawat entering as SP Crime Branch officer Rajveer Singh Tomar and Prakash Raj joining the investigation. The trailer positioned the film as a battle between Vijay’s carefully constructed world and forces determined to finally break it apart. That is also why the response to The Conclusion cannot be measured purely as the opening of another franchise film. There is a sense of occasion around it — one last time. The October 2 release date has itself become part of the Drishyam folklore, with fans repeatedly turning the date into an inside joke around the franchise. This year, that date finally brings the story to its advertised conclusion. For Pathak, the achievement is not just that he has made another Drishyam film. It is also that the franchise has reached a point where a suspense thriller can generate the kind of advance interest normally associated with much larger event films. And perhaps that is the real Drishyam phenomenon: the audience isn’t just coming to find out what happened. It has spent years coming up with its own answers. Now, on release day, the film gets to have the final word.

Prasanaakshi by Life n Colors Introduces Language of Living Gurgaon, September 2026: Prasanaakshi by Life n Colors introduces Language of Living, a new collection of handcrafted home textiles and décor that brings together 21 distinct design stories inspired by art, culture, history, landscapes and the rituals of everyday living. A heritage home-textile and décor brand from the house of Life n Colors, Prasanaakshi was created with the belief that a home should hold stories, not just objects. The brand brings India’s rich decorative traditions into contemporary homes through expressive, detail-focused pieces that are designed to be lived with, admired and eventually treasured as heirlooms. The new collection reflects this philosophy through embroidered wall art, curtains, tiebacks, cushions, table linen and accents. Each piece is brought to life by skilled artisans through techniques including hand embroidery, beadwork, Dabka and Zari work, quilting and patchwork, with every thread, bead and sequin carefully placed by hand. A Language of Living At the heart of Language of Living is the idea of discovering a personal Language of Living. Rather than treating home décor as a process of sourcing individual objects, Prasanaakshi creates thoughtfully composed collections that work together to establish a cohesive mood, while allowing each individual to find pieces that reflect their own sense of style and story. Drawing from Indian and global influences, the 21 design stories explore different interpretations of luxury living. Six special editions from the collection bring some of these worlds to life: Gulzar draws from the poetry of Persian gardens, translating flourishing botanicals and intricate ornamentation into a world of quiet opulence. Darbar revisits India’s regal past through richly detailed motifs inspired by traditional Indian block prints and patterns found in nature, bringing a sense of grandeur to contemporary spaces. High Tea captures the charm of English country homes, where classic motifs and the intimate ritual of tea time come together to create a warm, inviting cottagecore aesthetic. Whispering Woods takes inspiration from forest landscapes, combining natural textures and earthy tones to bring the tranquillity of the outdoors into the home. Echoes of Casablanca reflects the architectural rhythm of Moroccan riads through geometric patterns, artisanal textures and sun-washed hues, creating a layered and vibrant visual language. The Linen Lyric celebrates a quieter expression of luxury through tactile linens, handcrafted details and a restrained, organic aesthetic that embraces the beauty of simplicity. Together, the stories offer different ways of approaching a space from the ornate and expressive to the quiet and understated while remaining connected by Prasanaakshi’s focus on craftsmanship and considered design. “With Prasanaakshi, we wanted to make decorating feel less like a task and more like an expression of who you are. Language of Living brings together stories from different cultures, landscapes and traditions, interpreted through the hands of our artisans. Each story offers a different mood but the intention remains the same: to create pieces that feel personal, meaningful and enduring. We believe that the most beautiful homes are those that reflect the people who live in them and that the objects within them should have a story worth remembering.” – Apourva & Ashutosh Pandey, Co-Founders, Life n Colors & Prasanaakshi by Life n Colors With Language of Living, Prasanaakshi invites a more personal approach to decorating, one where craftsmanship, culture and individual expression come together to create spaces that feel lived-in, layered and distinctly one’s own.
