Femina Miss India Telangana 2027 Launched: Telangana’s Beauty, Talent and Cultural Pride Set to Take Centre Stage
Miss India Organization and Megha Services join hands to discover the state’s next generation of confident, talented women and showcase Telangana’s new-age spirit on the national platform
Hyderabad, September 7, 2026: Telangana’s beauty, culture and talent are all set to get a glamorous new platform as Femina Miss India Telangana 2027 was officially launched in Hyderabad. Bringing together the world of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment, the new edition promises to take the distinctive spirit of Telangana to a much larger national audience.
Adding star appeal to the launch were Femina Miss India South 2026 Indu Phalguni and Femina Miss India Telangana 2024 Prakruthi Kambam, who joined the celebrations as special guests. Their presence added glamour to an evening that marked a new beginning for aspiring young women across the state who dream of making their mark in fashion, entertainment and the world of pageantry.
The Miss India Organization, a unit of Worldwide Media, Times Group, has appointed Megha Services Pvt. Ltd. as the exclusive state licensee for Femina Miss India Telangana for a three-year term commencing in 2026, in association with Media Connect. Strategic partners associated with the initiative include Jilani Group, GFC Health Mission and North Bound Hospitality. The official launch was hosted at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, which served as the hospitality and venue partner for the event.
More than a beauty pageant, Femina Miss India Telangana 2027 aims to celebrate what makes the state unique — its heritage, traditions, arts, handlooms, cuisine, festivals, vibrant lifestyle and the confident, ambitious young generation that is shaping its future.
From the timeless cultural legacy of the Kakatiya era and the traditions of Telangana’s towns and villages to the cosmopolitan energy of Hyderabad, the state represents a striking blend of old and new. The new pageant aims to bring that personality alive by discovering women who embody not only beauty and grace, but also confidence, individuality, intelligence, talent and the spirit of contemporary Telangana.
The initiative will extend its search beyond Hyderabad, reaching out to emerging talent from different cities, towns and regions across Telangana. The objective is to create a more inclusive platform where young women from varied backgrounds can step forward, showcase their personalities and receive professional grooming, mentorship and exposure.
Speaking to the media, Indu Phalguni and Prakruthi Kambam highlighted the immense talent among the young women of Telangana and welcomed the initiative as an opportunity to give regional talent greater visibility. They also shared their experiences of the Miss India journey and encouraged aspiring participants to come forward with confidence and make the most of the platform.
“Telangana has always had a strong sense of identity, culture and talent, and today its young generation is equally confident about making its mark on the national and global stage. Femina Miss India Telangana 2027 can become a beautiful bridge between that rich heritage and the aspirations of today’s youth. We are proud to be associated with an initiative that can give the state’s talent a larger platform,” said MKHH Jilani, Chairman, Jilani Group and Chief Advisor – Sampatti, KSMCA, GoK.
Sadashiv M. Kotli, MD & CEO, Megha Services Pvt. Ltd., along with Divya, CEO, Media Connect; MKHH Jilani, Chairman, Jilani Group and Chief Advisor – Sampatti, KSMCA, GoK; Dr. Anish Gonuguntala, MD and Founder, GFC Health Mission; and Manjunath SP, Director, North Bound Hospitality, expressed their appreciation to the Miss India Organization and reaffirmed their commitment to building a strong Telangana platform focused on talent discovery, grooming and meaningful opportunities.
The state-level auditions for Femina Miss India Telangana 2027 are indicatively scheduled across October and November 2026, with the grand finale likely to be held in December 2026 in Hyderabad. Registrations are now open at www.feminamissindiatelangana.com.
The journey will give aspiring participants an opportunity to enter the larger Miss India ecosystem and explore avenues across fashion, modelling, entertainment, media, lifestyle, brand associations and national and international pageantry.
For Telangana, the initiative is also about representation — putting the state’s unique character, culture and young talent in the spotlight and creating a platform where a new generation of women can tell their own stories.
