Jia and Karan’s Titanic moment on Malaysia’s Putrajaya cruise It’s not every day that an actor gets lucky enough to shoot on a luxurious cruise in the midst of a vast blue ocean with the horizon in view. Though Jia Shankar and Karan Suchak are an exception to this. Pegged against the stunning backdrop of the picturesque Putrajaya in Malaysia, Ira (Jia Shankar) and Akhilesh (Karan Suchak) experience a moment worth cherishing a lifetime. Amidst the plush greenery and cool water, the hanikarak couple of &TV’s Meri Hanikarak Biwi, Ira and Akhilesh had their own dream Titanic moment. Dressed in a beautiful gown and black tuxedo, the couple with arms wide open towards the sea, will be seen dancing and enjoying their time together. Describing this soulful moment Karan said, “Shoot schedules on any outdoor can get hectic. Though experiences like shooting in the cruise for Meri Hanikarak Biwi are rare and we are fortunate to have such a beautiful sequence. The view from the cruise is a sight to behold and the fresh air surround us is so welcoming. It was one of the most stunning places we saw during our time in Malaysia and we just could not get over it. Shooting in Malaysia has been an amazing experience and above all filming on such a magnificent cruise was a cherry on the top. I think it’s one of the best phases of our shoot and I am really going to miss all the fun we had onscreen and offscreen as well.” Excited by her first international trip to the beautiful locales of Malaysia, Jia said, “The last few weeks have been the best time of my shoots! It was an absolutely surreal experience shooting in such a blissful place like Putrajaya. It was my first cruise experience and I am really glad that &TV gave me the chance to live my Titanic moment. It’s something I can tick off my check list now!” Love is surely in the air for Akhilesh and Ira, but for how long? Will Ira be Akhilesh’s forever or is she destined to stay apart?
