The announcement was made at a grand pre-launch press conference at Plaza Hotel, Hyderabad, attended by esteemed dignitaries and global representatives. The press conference commenced with a traditional pooja ceremony, symbolizing a blessed and prosperous beginning for the event. The occasion was graced by Mr. Jupally Krishna Rao Garu, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Culture & Excise, Government of Telangana; Ms. Julia Morley, CBE, Chairman and CEO, Miss World Limited; Ms. Krystyna Pyszková, the reigning 71st Miss World from the Czech Republic; Mr. Patel Ramesh Reddy, Chairman, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation; and Ms. Smita Sabharwal, IAS, Principal Secretary, Tourism, Culture, Archaeology & Youth Affairs, Government of Telangana.
