Western Digital Corp. (NASDAQ: WDC) further strengthens its enterprise and data center storage portfolio by introducing 14 TB WD Gold™ Enterprise Class SATA HDD. With up to 2.5M hours MTBF, WD Gold™ hard-drives is built to deliver enhanced level of dependability and durability within a most demanding storage environments. It comes loaded with vibration protection technology, in order to offer enhanced performance in high-vibration environments. Additionally, thanks to HelioSeal™ technology, WD Gold™ drives with this technology draw low amounts of power and are available in 12TB and above capacities. It also comes with a 5-year limited warranty. WD Gold™ Enterprise Class hard drives is compatible with many PC and major enterprise operating systems.
