Club Mahindra becomes commercial in Bangkok and disappoints actress Payal Malhotra, the prime member. Actress Payal Malhotra, who was a part of numerous movies like Kaho Na Pyar Hain, Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam and many more was recently traveling to Bangkok to hunt for a location for her upcoming project. She was staying at the Club Mahindra Mac Boutique Bangkok and being a ‘Purple 2 Bedroom’ member of Club Mahindra (the highest paid membership) she was asked for additional charges when asked to replace a double blanket with two single blankets despite being the member who holds the highly paid package with Club Mahindra which has put her to thought about how the white or blue package members would be exploited if the ‘purple package’ holders are exploited so much. They didn’t just stop there, the followed morning she ordered for her breakfast consisting Tea & Toast, wherein the toast was served instantly and the tea was served post 30 minutes (Isn’t the breakfast supposed to arrive altogether?). Instead of complaining, Payal took no action and somehow managed the delay but it got out of hands when the tea tasted horrendous. It was strong enough to hit the throat due to which she had to return the tea and she called in for a replacement. To her surprise, she was served tea which was filled half in the cup and the other cup was filled in just quarter. After so many incidents, she lost her cool and demanded to see the head chef and instead of correcting what went wrong, the chef misbehaved stating ‘’Don’t complain about it to me if you have so many problems then eat somewhere else’’. He claimed the basic necessities as a ‘problem’ whereas she paid a huge amount to have a good time there, however, the treatment and hospitality that she received in India were indeed par better than in Bangkok. Recently, she took to social media to raise her voice with a picture and captioned it as ‘’This is how club Mahindra makes money. They give 25% off on food to members. I have ordered 2 tea and this what we got, half and less than half tea and then bread arrived 30 mins before and when we complain the head chef starts to misbehave. I am a purple 2-bedroom member, the highest membership of club Mahindra; I wonder what happens to other members. This is from club Mahindra Mac boutique Bangkok.’’ Club Mahindra is being commercial overseas and makes us wonder what would happen to other members if the highest package also couldn’t get them the most needed respect and good stay?
